One of our favorite things to eat is grilled veggies. We usually cook them on the grill but have done them over the stove and they are just as good.
This is what we start with.
I slice the squash and zucchini into thin circles
And then julienne the peppers and onions
Next, I put all of the veggies into the biggest bowl I own
And then we add the rest of the ingredients
And mix well.
I usually let everything marinate for about half an hour but this is also a good make ahead recipe because it can be put in the fridge to marinate overnight as well.
Once the grill is ready we put our grill basket on top and let it get nice and hot.
Then we add the veggies and let them saute - being careful to turn them so they don't burn.
What comes off the grill is a bowl of the most mouth watering veggies to be found.
1 Pound Mushrooms
1 Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Tablespoon Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
