Kittyhawk Kite Festival

Saturday was the Kittyhawk Kite Festival on Okaloosa Island and after hearing an advertisement for it on the radio we knew it was something we wanted to see.

The beach was packed and flying above everyone were these huge kites.

These kites are amazing!

After watching the kites for a while it was time to go to the beach.

The kids wanted to stay where we were but I don't like crowds and much prefer the beach down by the bridge.

As we were walking back to the car we passed this guy.

He's got a cordless drill under that table and somehow has attached it to his blender. It worked perfectly and I want one.

I see frozen rum drinks on the beach in my future.
