My BIL and the Island King decided to take the boys fishing yesterday.
The Oldest Island Boy was visiting my parents so it was just the Youngest and Cousin B.
They were so excited and as they were pulling away from the dock the Youngest yelled "I'm going to bring home dinner!"
They cruised about 2 miles out into the Gulf and found a sweet spot.
And then pulled in a ton of Red Snapper and Grouper.
Unfortunately, some of the snapper and all of the grouper were just a little under legal size and had to be tossed back.
They were able to keep a good amount of snapper though and the first thing the Youngest said to me when he got back to the dock was "Mom! I caught dinner!!"
Yes he did - and we're going to enjoy every bite!Labels: Done
